Our Foster 180 Workshops are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month and offer TBRI® training for anyone who wants to respond to children—and adults—with more understanding, connection, and compassion. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, pastor, caregiver, volunteer, or community leader, these workshops give you practical tools to communicate, regulate, and build trust with people who have experienced hard things. We also offer group trainings for schools, businesses, churches, and other community centers. See how you can get the Trauma Aware seal for your brick-and-mortar or online space today!

Studies indicate that in environments where caregivers use TBRI's connecting, empowering, and correcting principles, 70 to 80 percent of challenging behaviors can be effectively addressed.
-
One study noted a 93.5% decrease in negative behaviors school-wide after two years of implementation.
-
A 2024 study on children in a daycare setting (ages 8–11) found that 10 out of 12 participants showed improvements in mental health, and 7 showed improved attachment security.
